Weruche Inspires is working with communities to unlock potential and drive positive change.
Weruché Inspires International (WIIN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering women, girls, immigrants, and underrepresented communities through arts, culture, and leadership. Rooted in the personal journey of founder Weruché Uzoka, a former asylee from Nigeria, WIIN amplifies voices and builds bridges for equity and inclusion.
Weruché Inspires International (WIIN) is a 501(c)(3) charitable, educational, arts, and culture non-profit organization. Our mission is to uplift the voices of women, girls, immigrants, and underrepresented communities through arts, culture, advocacy, and leadership development. We proudly collaborate with creative artists, businesses, agencies, and organizations that share our commitment to empowering women and girls.
Weruché Inspires International is the implementing organization dedicated to advancing the ‘Pride of Ancestry™’ framework, a vision created and owned by Weruché Uzoka.
Through our licensed use of the ‘Princess Naku®’ series and the framework, we deliver transformative educational and economic empowerment programs across the globe.”
The heart behind WIIN stems from the journey of our founder, Weruché Uzoka, whose personal experience as an immigrant and advocate shapes everything we do. After being granted asylum by an immigration judge in 2007, Weruché dedicated herself to supporting immigrants, refugees, and marginalized communities — both locally and internationally.
In 2015, Weruché Inspires was born as a platform to expand this passion for social justice,
empowerment, and community building. Our work reflects a culmination of life experiences,
dreams, and a vision for a more inclusive, equitable world.
