Immerse yourself in the planning, production, and staging of original African performance art. Fellows collaborate on table reads, choreographic staging, script analysis, and production logistics for the major upcoming stage production, FESTAC Baby (NY/LA showcase celebrating the FESTAC ’77 Golden Jubilee).
Non-Profit Governance, Human Rights & Advocacy Fellow

Designed for future policy and advocacy leaders. Fellows assist with policy research for the United Nations Water Conference 2026 in Abu Dhabi, workflow setup for WIIN’s Immigration & Asylee Support Clinic, and grant research.
Film, Animation & Documentary Fellow

Work at the intersection of cinematic storytelling and cultural preservation. Fellows support research for human rights documentaries and contribute to adapting the 57-book Princess Naku® children’s series into an animated film and series bible.
Journalism, Feature Writing & Editorial Fellow

Grounded in AP Stylebook standards, fellows gain hands-on experience in long-form feature writing, primary-source fact-checking, and editorial oversight for WERUCHE® Magazine. Focus on investigative human-interest stories that prioritize human dignity and cultural advocacy.
Educational Robotics & Product Engineering Fellow
WERUCHE® Living LLC
Fuse STEM innovation with heritage storytelling. Fellows collaborate on CAD modeling, prototype design, and technical documentation for interactive robotics kits, hardware components, and educational products anchored by the Princess Naku® educational line.
Broadcast, Media & Operations Management Fellow

Gain hands-on experience in segment pre-production, guest relations, and audience distribution strategies for The WERUCHE® Show, while learning the operational mechanics of broadcast television.
