- Use the trusted legal directories below to find free or low-cost help near you.
- Tell us you are interested, and we will let you know when intake opens.
- Be careful about who you pay or trust. Read the scam warning below.

Three steps, one clear path
Select a step to see what it will involve.
Client intake
A first conversation to understand your situation, your needs, and where you are in the process, so we can point you in the right direction.
Resource guides
Guides to help you understand your options, the documents you may need, and the next steps, so you are better prepared when you speak with a legal professional.
Connections to legal and social services
Referrals to legal and social service partners who can provide the help we cannot, such as legal representation, housing, health care and community support.
These steps describe how the clinic is being designed. Details will be confirmed before intake opens.
Protect yourself
Beware of immigration scams
People seeking immigration help are often targeted by fraud. According to U.S. government guidance:
- Only licensed attorneys and Department of Justice (DOJ) accredited representatives may give legal advice.
- All USCIS and EOIR forms are free to download. No one should charge you for a blank form.
- No one can speed up your case for a fee beyond normal processing times.
- Do not trust websites that only look like government sites. Official government sites end in .gov.
