Where young artists step into the story

Festac Baby™ is our California project for young people and the arts. Through Creative Youth Development workshops and a rollout of six public productions, it honors the 50th anniversary of FESTAC ’77, the landmark festival of Black and African arts and culture.

In May 2025, the first Festac Baby workshop took place in Burbank, California. This page is where we will share photos, video and updates as the project grows.
